Located in the heart of downtown old orchard beach the pier is directly across from our building with palace playland to the right. The manager bill was very welcoming and suggested some great places to eat and places to see. Quiet when the balcony door was closed but when you open it you get to hear the amusement park and all the people enjoying it and the beach. Enjoy the indoor pool and walks on the beach.

The grand victorian had its first official grand opening in october 2006. The doors opened for the beginning of the victorian era bringing the start of the modernizing of downtown old orchard. The condo itself was unit 401 and i would highly recommend this choice. Right on old orchard beach and directly next to arcade so at night was a little noisy until about midnight or later so if being in the middle of the action is what you are looking for its perfect.
